Attendants can observe equipment (including monitoring aids, power and air conditioning unit) and environment parameter of each substation, once the monitoring system reflect appearing problem of equipment and environment parameter, can rapidly appoint maintenance personnel to get to scene to obstacle avoidance, corresponding personnel convey feedback to attendant of monitoring center in time after finishing dealing with.
